“Have you managed to build any sort of connections with any of the other students that are on the course?”

In the final the other week I did connect with someone. We all exchanged contact info on Instagram and everything, but there’s one song that I really, really liked. And so, I messaged the guys and said, hey, really cool. We connected and now we’re working on a track together.

“How would you rate your tutors if you had to like out on a scale of 1-10”

They both had different approaches, I like how Pete was more about the bigger picture. And then Ben would go in and get a little bit more technical so that they played off each other really well. I don’t have any bad constructive feedback for them. I thought they did great and I liked how they both had different styles and kind of brought their different taste to it.

“How lucky would you be to recommend this course to other producers?”

I would say a ten, but I think the caveat would be, be ready to commit yourself to it. If you’re not going to commit multiple hours every week between feedbacks to your project and to the course, it’s not worth it. But if you are going in and spending, a couple of hours a day or, you know, five, 10 hours a week on the track between feedbacks – you will get a lot of value out of it.

Yeah, just really help me rethink my whole approach to production and provided me with a process and a workflow that’s very repeatable that I can now take into every other project that I and I start.
